- How do I analyze a video?
Open the app, tap the upload button, select a soccer video from your library, and wait for the AI to generate your report. Analysis usually takes 1–3 minutes depending on video length.
- What's the daily limit?
Free users can perform 2 analyses per day. Subscribers get 5 analyses per day. The counter resets every 24 hours.
- The analysis shows a black screen or 0-star rating.
Make sure your video is a clear recording of soccer gameplay with visible players and the ball. Very short clips, heavily filtered videos, or non-soccer content may not analyze correctly. Try again with a longer, clearer clip.
- How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BasicSoccer AI
- How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Submit a request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
