These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BasicSoccer AI mobile application ("App"), operated by Jae Lee ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You may use the App at any age appropriate for its 4+ rating. If you are under the age of 13, please use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions providing access to AI-powered soccer video analysis and related features.

• Pricing: Current prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You may upload soccer videos and related content ("User Content") for analysis. You retain all rights to your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide the analysis features of the App.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload any User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
